We retain ownership of all intellectual property related to the Service. Your content remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it for providing the Service.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice if you violate these Terms or otherwise engage in conduct that we deem harmful. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (CAA) under its Arbitration Rules then in force. The seat of arbitration shall be Taipei, Taiwan. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court for matters related to intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to the Service.
