Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of subscription plans and one-time products (“Products”) sold through our SaaS platform (“Service”) and paid via Paddle.

You can request a refund by email us at [email protected] Please provide your subscription information (Workspace ID, Current Plan, Customer ID, Subscription ID). You can find these details in the Manage Subscription section at Plans Page.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when processed.

5. Cancellation & Renewal

To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 48 hours before renewal. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund; you must submit a separate refund request.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
